Guide for organizations
A public profile, listings and requests in one place: here's how a cat-rescue organization works on mace.ba.
Step 1
Register your organization
Start from the Register your organization button: signing up is the same as for individuals, and the label above the form confirms you're registering an organization. You can also use a Google account; if you sign up with email, confirm it to unlock posting and messages.
Step 2
Confirm your account type
After signing up you confirm the account is an Organization. This gives you a public organization profile and adoption tools.
Step 3
Fill out your organization profile
Name, description, contact details, address, opening hours and logo: everything you enter shows on your organization's public page.
Step 4
Post an adoption listing
For each cat you enter a name, photos, a description, health details and location. The listing is visible to all visitors right away.
Step 5
Review requests and choose an adopter
For each listing, requests arrive with the candidate's message and living situation. You choose an adopter (the cat becomes reserved), arrange through messages and confirm the adoption.
Step 6
Your public page
On it, visitors see your logo, story, contact and all the cats currently looking for a home. Share it on social media.
